[Okay no he stops mid-arm movement, turns, and elbows that fellow in the neck. He follows up with a punch to the gut and then lets her go on with her work. Yes, that's best]

[... Is this guy for real? Melanie's all for flirtatious behavior, but it's not exactly something one should focus on when being ganged up on by a group of regenerating thugs.

Still, even though he seems to be easily distracted, at least Masaomi recovers quickly enough. Good to know.

Either way Melanie rushes to take down one of the nearby Jokerz, sending her fist straight into his face before kicking him to the ground. It isn't long before she moves onto another, although they keep on popping up. This is probably going to take a while.]

[Actually, this whole getting up thing is obnoxious. Masaomi's punching and beating them with a stick or whatever he can pull off them too - but after he now is face to face with one he knows he must have broken the nose of not three rounds ago-] Do they- [Punch] have a weakness?

As far as I know- [Kick] they're the same as any other human! [Because yeah, even if they're simulations, the Jokerz were always just stupid kids in clown make-up that wanted to cause some trouble.]

We just take them down until they stop showing up! [Just going to toss this one clown over her shoulder.]

Should happen at some point. The first time I was out here the group I was fighting stopped reappearing after a while.

Ah. Alright! Human, [Punch] I can do!

[Punch, punch. And then he's grabbed from behind. As opposed to worming out he throws his head back to headbutt the clown in the face and then elbows him in the gut with his freed up arms]

Good! [Melanie ducks to avoid an incoming punch and sweeps her leg under her attacker to knock him off of his feet. She delivers a hard kick to the thug's gut while he's down before dragging him back up, immediately shoving him into the path of another goon seemingly hellbent on attacking her.

She can handle humans, too, but too much more of this and she'll start losing energy. There's only so much punching, kicking, and tossing one can do before it gets tiring, after all.]

Come on, the faster we take these guys out the faster we can get out of here!

[He nods and- oh sweet, that one has a a weapon he can jack. He elbows them in the gut and takes the pole. Now armed, that goes into the side of one thug and over the middle of the head of the other over the crown. He looks grim as he does but... well.

The crowd does seem to be thinning out by now]

[The crowd is definitely thinning out, which has Melanie feeling fairly pleased. She also takes note of Masaomi grabbing that weapon - always useful. She and Kurt did the same thing on the first day. After all, a strong blow to the head is a lot more effective and gets the job done faster than a bunch of punches and kicks.

... Actually, she should probably grab one for herself. Melanie finds a nearby goon with a crowbar, ripping it from her hands and immediately slamming it into the side of her head.

If they keep going at this rate, it shouldn't be much longer until they all disappear.]

[It will! There's a lot of struggle and- And when it's done, well... He's standing there with some bleeding and a weapon in his hand that he drops to turn and smile at her. It's a bit forced, but]

Ah, nice work.

[Melanie's unfortunately got some cuts - she'll have to clean those and patch up her costume when she gets enough time - but none of them are very deep. Mostly it's just a good share of bruises, which will definitely have her feeling very sore in the morning. She glances at Masaomi, taking note of the fact that he seems to be bleeding, too.]

We should probably go get cleaned up before they start appearing again.

I think I'd prefer you name.

[With a little considering looking. Oh yea he likes the suit... And yes he is totally ignoring his blatantly bleeding wounds here to look at it]

[For a minute, Melanie debates whether or not she should just say 'Ten', but she's not in hiding here. She's only wearing this costume because it's easier for her to fight in, not because she's gone back to her old ways.

So, Melanie pulls off her mask and offers Masaomi a hand to shake.]

Melanie.

[...He takes it! And then he blows a kiss with the free hand Okay, so it's time to be a little flashy] And I'm Masaomi Kida!

[... This guy doesn't stop, does he? Not that Melanie minds. Now that they're not fighting a bunch of clowns, she isn't opposed to flirting. But alas, that's not what she's focusing on right now.]

You were pretty good out there. Where'd you learn to fight?

Well... around.

[He takes a half-step back now, rolling one of his shoulders]

[Melanie's not sure why he's stepping back, but she'll roll with it either way.]

Well, either way it would have been a lot harder if you weren't there to help me out. Thanks.

[Okay, he'll be a little more serious] Ah, it's not problem. Suit aside, it's pretty impossible for a man like me to ignore a girl who coudl use a little help.

[... Yeah, this guy is definitely interesting. Odd, but interesting.]

Right. Well, I should probably go take care of these. [She gestures to the few cuts along her suit.] You need any help cleaning yourself up, or can you take it from here?

I can handle my own - do you need help though?

[He's not sure if she means sewing (which he can't help with) or first aide (Which he also can't do much with) but he might as well offer to help her get to a destination]

[She means first aid and sewing up her costume, actually, but she can handle both just fine.]

I think I'll be okay as long as I don't run into any more Jokerz. [And truth be told, even then she'll be okay. Just a hell of a lot more annoyed.]

Mmm~ If that's the case, as a man, wouldn't be be better for me to see you there? After all, capable as you are! It wouldn't be good for my pride to let you be hassled, eeh?

[He says all this lightly. He does have Places To Be (not to mention wounds of his own - he looks in worse shape truth be told, but.]

[Good for his pride? Oh, wow. Well, whatever floats his boat.]

If you insist. The building I'm in isn't that far from here, so it shouldn't take too long.

Mmm, well then, lead on, I'll cover your behind.

[And admire it. A little. He folds his arms behind his head, testing out his arm flexibility - still good, solid. He didn't get any damaging cuts.]

[That's okay, Masaomi. It is a nice behind, after all.

She starts walking, and doesn't really do much else. Melanie's mostly focused on getting back to her place so she can get cleaned up right now.]

[He would throw out some lines. But... no, given the situation it's probably better to just watch the area on the way back to her place. Well spy on her too but mostly just the watching for more prudent. So it shall be a silent march]
